The non-smoking apartment with separate entrance is situated on the ground floor (no steps) and has wireless LAN, TV, stereo system, a fully equipped kitchen unit with ceramic hob, microwave oven, baking oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and egg boiler, ironing board and flat iron. The separate bedroom provides a double bed (1.90m x 2m) and a wardrobe with sufficient storage space. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and toilet.

Bed and kitchen linen, towels, ancillary costs and final cleaning are included in the price.

Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for an additional charge upon request.

The spacious terrace is fitted with comfortable furniture and deckchairs along with an electric barbecue.

In the storage room next to the entrance is enough room for bikes and directly in front of the apartment there is a free parking space available.
